Reading: read your book and get your reading log signed.
Spelling: learn the word/words in your spelling book.
Maths: look in the back of the spelling book to see your number knowledge you need to learn.
Homework needs to be handed in on Thursday each week.
Notices:

* All the children have chosen a poem to recite and I have given them a copy to learn at home. Next week we will listen to them recite their poem to the class and, using the criteria that was sent home a couple of weeks ago, I will choose two children to recite their poems at our Junior assembly on 30th September.

* It is pleasing to see the progress the children are making in both literacy and numeracy! Both their basic word and maths knowledge are increasing and I appreciate the support you are giving them at home.
