Homework Room 8 Term 2 Week 4

Reading
Readers each week, please ensure the sheet at the back of your child’s homework book is filled out. It is also an excellent idea to read a book together as a family.


Spelling
This week we are focusing on the blend ‘fr’. Get your child to brainstorm as many words as they can that have the blend ‘fr’ at the beginning.



Maths
Many of these basic facts will be easy for some and tricky for others. If your child is having trouble, please encourage them to use objects (pegs for example) to work the answers out. The idea is that these basic facts will become instant for the children.
